April 8 Band news
Just a few reminders for things coming up. This week we have the Come See Me Parade Thursday. I have attached a flyer with the information on it. Also this week the fundraiser will be in tomorrow for pick up and we will be having the band booster meeting tomorrow night April 9 at 7 pm.
Listed below are other important dates to remember for upcoming events.
Music In The Parks April 20 and 27 We will need lots of help both of these days as well. Again this is a fundraiser and you will receive money into your account for working. This event is in the morning and is usually over around 2 or 3. You can email Amanda Cavin at

May 6-10 Leadership/Drum Major tryouts Leadership will need to be here 6-8 from 4-5 and drum majors will be here all week 4-6
May 6-10 Tentatively Guard Auditions
May 13 Combined Rehearsal 4-6
May 14 Spring Concert 7 pm
May 16 Awards Banquet
May 20-23 Rookie Camp 4-6:30
May 21 Marching Band Meeting 7:00

July 31-Aug. 2 and Aug. 5-Aug. 9 Band Camp
Please make sure you help out and get your fees paid off before the school year is out. With the district starting to collect the fees next year we would like to make this switch as easy as possible by having all the fees paid in full so we can easily deal with just the credits that need to be transferred. This will make your life a lot easier as well.
